MONTHLY COMMISSARY AGREEMENT
$200 Monthly
KITCHEN RENTAL
$20 hour - 1/2 Kitchen Rental
$40 hour - Full Kitchen Rental
Purchase minimum 10 Hour Blocks of Time - expires in 3 months
3 people in the kitchen maximum per rental
STORAGE UNIT RENTAL
Small Storage Unit - $125 month + $100 month electricity
Medium Storage Unit - $150 month + $100 month electricity
Large Storage Unit - $250 month + $100 month electricity
FOOD TRUCK PARKING
Overnight Parking - $40 month + $100 month electricity
Requirements to Operate
Proof of registration with the Kansas Department of Agriculture
